Payment - You may pay for your purchase with a major credit card, Visa, Master Card, American Express or Discover. Your checkout cart is secured by DigiCert, and your credit card statement will reflect a charge by Cabin Creek Bedding.
Shipping - Once payment notification is received and verified, your order will be processed. You will be notified when your purchase has shipped, and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping is by UPS Ground and your purchase will be shipped directly from our supplier. We make every effort to see that your purchase is shipped in a timely manner. If for some reason goods are on back order you will receive an e-mail on expected ship date or a refund will be given. Special Note: At this time, Cabin Creek Bedding does not ship outside the United States.
Refunds - All sales are considered final unless buyer contacts Cabin Creek Bedding within 7 days of receipt of purchase. We are certain you will be satisfied with your purchase but realize sometimes goods are damaged in transit and must be returned. If you wish to return your goods, contact Karen at Cabin Creek Bedding for return instructions. Refunds will be made by method of purchase for cost of goods only. Shipping and handling are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee may apply. Please note - do not request to return your purchase if it has been used or washed as a refund will not be honored. Returns must be in original packaging and qualify for resale. A refund will not be issued until your return has been received and verified as being in resell condition.
